What do you mean you will retire "poor and destitute"? What about the "riches in glory!" How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are? I'm glad you left the former years of torture in the education world. I just found out that the shady charter school I was working at was giving me bad references. I thought that was against the law. That's okay; that's what I get for being an "Erin Brockovich!" I have nine years of positive teaching references. No worries. You made the right move. Stop the abuse! Happy Birthday! | Sherri August 5, 2007 11:27 PM PDT Patrick, Happy Birthday and welcome to the Big Leagues! Remember that Moses took his first 40 years to learn and then the next 40 he began to be molded by God. Then the last 40 he really began to serve God! Just wait and see what God is going to do! I too believe that our bodies just know when that birthday hits. It is like clockwork that your eyes start the focusing problem, your back starts that little twinge, and your bones begin to creak or crack just a bit. But, Ecclesiastes has some wonderful peaks into what our future holds (just in case you become a little overwhelmed with your plight at 40!) Guy and I send our love!!!!
